END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Financial Growth Tools ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 690 S Hwy 89 Ste 200, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001.

By accessing, registering for, or using our website, services, content, or tools (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  1. DEFINITIONS

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your User Account.

4.4. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User Account.

  1. AFFILIATE MARKETING AND COMMISSIONS

5.1. Our Services may contain affiliate marketing links for which we may receive compensation.

5.2. We are not responsible for the products or services offered by third-party vendors through affiliate links.

5.3. Commission rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8.2. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

8.3. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9.2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Financial Growth Tools and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees).

  1. TERMINATION

11.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason.

11.2. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the Services will end

  • Your User Account may be deleted

  • You must cease all use of the Services

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

12.1. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

12.2. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

12.3. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

13.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

13.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Financial Growth Tools regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements.
